My versa lite screen has gone off, the watch has still recorded my stats today, and it is fully charged, but the watch screen is blank. Its not vibrating either when I put it on the charger. Any help please 😔

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To fix the display issue your Versa Lite is currently experiencing, I recommend you to try the following steps to complete a restart process:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
