Versa 2 is not syncing

Hey. So I’m doing the 10k steps for March raising money for cancer research but for the last few days it’s not picking up my steps. I have synced and closed everything down and turned it off several times but nothing is working 😭 please help 🙂 xx

Hi there @JAZZIEJEFF1992, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how important is to you to sync you Fitbit as soon as possible, so I'll do my best to help you out with this. 

 

Before moving on to the next steps, please confirm if you've tried the following:

 

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

 

Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
