Versa Lite not charging

My versa lite powered off on January 1st, and no amount of troubleshooting would make it come back, I've since had 3 replacements sent to me, each on doing exactly the same. They connect to the app, I sync them, then they're low on charge, I plug them in, they instantly go to 0% and never come back on.  Can someone help me please, is this operator error, or have I just been really unlucky with all 4 units. I bought the watch from Argos, and want to just get a refund and start again, had only had it 6 months, but they (at the moment) give details to contact Fitbit to fix problems, but I'm 3 months on and still don't have a working watch.
