Since the last app update my Versa 2 won’t sync or connect to Bluetooth.
I have;
Reset fit bit, reset iPhone, turned Bluetooth on and off, deleted and reinstalled the fit bit app, removed the device from list of Bluetooth connections and followed instructions to repair. All my data from this week has also disappeared from the app. Any idea what I can do?

Have you done a factory reset on the Fitbit? Also, did you restart the phone?

I’ve done both now 😞 when I try to add a device it just tells me to check if the Fitbit is on which it is and connected to a charger

@Ashlynn29 Have you tried logging in to your acct on the fitbit website? Sometimes that works for me.
What version of IOS are you running?
