lost email, not original owner, reset APP not phone

i lost my password and email (not original owner. no original packaging. so i have reset fitbit versa to factory settings but the app is the problem. it's still asking me to sign into fitbit account. i did all the recommended turned off bluetooth, unpaired from phone.. force stop and deleted app. reinstalled app. still won't let me start over as a new account new app newly reset watch. there's got to be an easier way. i did do it once before but i forgot how.SO THERE IS A WAY 🙂

Hi @SunsetRunner - if you can't remember the account or password go to the web login and reset the password or create a new account, then use the phone app as normal.

Note: due to a bug in the new V4 Fitbit App you may not be able to setup a factory reset watch but it may work fine with a new account.

It would be good to let us know how you get on.
