I have recently purchased Versa 2. After a few days of help from your support team, i was able to get the SpO2 feature enabled. I have purchased the product mainly to check my Spo2 levels from time to time as I am an asthma patient. But the SpO2 percentage is misleading me and my doctor as it is not getting updated from time to time. Please help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Bajaj_CS.
Thank you for letting us know that your Fitbit Versa 2 is not tracking your SpO2 constantly and thanks for trying to resolve it before contacting us.
If you haven't done so, please visit this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.
In addition, you can restart your Versa 2 by following these steps.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
All the steps mentioned above were not informed to me at the time of purchase. At the time of purchase, I was told that the device would show the current SpO2 level at all times of the day. This information was provided to me from the link given by you on your official website. In this case, Fitbit has mislead me to buy their product. Please do the needful and resolve my issue or will have to take the next step of action.

Thank you for your response, @Bajaj_CS.
Could you please provide a screen shot of our official website where states the device would show the current SpO2 level at all times of the day?
I'll be waiting for your response.

Hi Edson
I will share with you the link which is redirected from your official website.
https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07TWFVDWT?th=1
Check the product " Fitbit Versa 2 - Overview " Video from the timeline (-1.55)
I have been mislead by Fitbit.
Hope for a positive response as I have heard Fitbit's ultimate goal is Customer Satisfaction.

Thank you for your response, @Bajaj_CS.
I would like to clarify, the video you shared wasn't made by Fitbit. You can watch a Fitbit video about SpO2 here.
The official Fitbit website in Amazon can be found here.
In the Fitbit Store you can find information about the features included in the Fitbit Versa 2 and there we state that this device tracks your average nightly SpO2 level.
In this help article about how SpO2 is measured we clarify:
"Your Fitbit device uses sensors to estimate your blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) while you sleep."
In addition, in the User Manual we state:
"Versa 2 also tracks your estimated oxygen variation throughout the night to help you uncover potential breathing disturbances."
In this case, you can reach out the reseller you bought your Watch from.
Have a nice day.

First of all the link of the reseller was provided from Fitbit official website. I did not go to Amazon for purchasing the product, Fitbit.com redirected me to Amazon.in to purchase the product. And secondly, the video might have not been made by Fitbit but it was surely attached to the product by Fitbit. The video maker would not be able to attach the video to your product. And lastly, Amazon is neither the manufacturer nor the seller, in this case, Amazon is just the platform where Fitbit has uploaded to sell its products. In this case, Fitbit has to take sole responsibility for proving wrong information to customers and making them purchase a product that does not have the promised features.
