I have just bought my Versa 2 but the steps are not showing - it still says 0 steps. I am therefore also not getting reminder to move.

Hi @Jazzy10, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel regarding the steps tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced.
Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps taken.
Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi JuanJo, my Versa2 continues to not count steps. I restart it multiple times a day. I noticed it not working and restarted it and it works for 350 steps and then stops working again. Luckily I've got my Charge2 to fall back on. What should I do just give up on it?

Hi @tdison924, thank you for trying the steps listed above. I'd like you to try one more workaround which has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
After this, set up your watch from scratch and see if it tracks your steps as it should.
