Versa 2 is not working properly

I had the watch since 2021.  In less than 3 years:  1) The button doesn't work, 2) Fitbit logo is displayed all the time even when charging, 3) It no longer syncs with the app and 4) The battery keeps draining.

Meanwhile, my partner's Versa 2 is working well and it's about 8 months older than mine.

Hi @WGillon Unfortunately some devices just last longer than others and it sounds like you have one with a shorter lifespan.at 3 years old it won't be  covered by warantee,  but you could contact Fitbit Support  and see if they will give you a discount on a new one.
