Versa 2 swipe feature not working

As of this morning I noticed that I am unable to swipe from one screen to the next on my Versa 2 watch. 
I have already tried resetting the device and changing the clock face to see if it would resolve the issue but no such luck. It’s still not working.

Hi @RJensen_09 It sounds as I you have done the usual things that might help, and I am sorrynit hasn't fixed your watch. Contact Fitbit Support  and see if they are able to help.
