I've had nothing but problems with this watch since I opened the package less than 24 hours ago. I'm about to return it and go with a better product. This stupid thing finally connected to my phone after many resets and now that I said that it can only have access when using the app I get a notification all the time about some trick or treating bull**ahem**. I contacted support and their suggestion was to connect it to another phone. WTF. No I'm not having my friends or family download stuff on their phone to see if my watch is bugged. Its not coming through my apps or on my phone. Only the watch. Any ideas to get this removed before I toss this thing??

Hi @t2004 - Is your phone is on the list of supported devices? Is its OS updated? If not, this may be why they suggested trying to connect to another phone. I understand not wanting to share your info with someone else but if you have an iPad, tablet or PC, you can also try connecting to that.
So you know, this forum is set up so Fitbit users can help other Fitbit users. I understand you are frustrated but understand we are not causing your problems ... just trying to help. Please tone it down a bit out of consideration to everyone else.

Yes. Everything else worked fine. I ended up figuring it out on my own. It was a clock face that kept sending me the alert!
