Versa 2 is turning itself off

My Fitbit is charged (80%) but is randomly turning off. I plugged it into the charger and it can back on for 20 minutes but then turned off again. Nothing happens when I try to do the reset. I’ve plugged it back in but it’s not turning on. I’ve had it for less than a year.
