I have a Fitbit Versa 2, was working fine, fully charged. I did a factory reset and now it's just a black screen.
I've tried placing in the cradle. Nothing
Holding down the button. Nothing
Intermediate pressing the button, still Nothing.
Help!

Hi @MIMI_XS_2 - unfortunately a factory reset isn't without risk and can brick the watch.
If your watch has been fully charged for 2 hours you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support who can take you through a button factory reset but there is little chance this will work unfortunately.

Hi there, @MIMI_XS_2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit device is still unresponsive after the factory reset. I understand your concern, we're here to help!
As a first approach, would you mind confirming the Fitbit device you have? @gdio53 Took the time to move your post from Versa 4 to Versa 2, but in order for us to properly address your concern we need to make sure of the device you own.
On a side note, please note that the factory reset could've drained the battery of your Fitbit device. With that being said, as @Guy_ has suggested, try to put your Fitbit device on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Fitbit device. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
If the above doesn't work, please follow Guy_'s advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I had the same thing happen about a month ago. Took all morning long to get it working again. It was very frustrating and I thought it was a goner. But I kept it charging for hours and intermittently pressed buttons and it finally woke up. It’s a fairly new Versa 2 so I was relieved AND almost placed an online order for another one. Glad I didn’t. Good luck!
