My versa 2 screen is unresponsive. I’ve hard reset it twice and changed the clock face. It’s also come up with a low battery with an exclamation point sign, and buzzed lots saying ‘unlock in app’. I don’t know if there’s anything more that I can try. Can I sent it to get repaired?
Thank you! Roz.

@Rozbrow_n Thanks for getting back and the details provided.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi there, @Rozbrow_n. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
It seems like your Versa 2 is not charging properly. With that being said, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Once you manage to charge your Versa 2, please try to unlock it by following the steps below:
Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay or Google Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.

Best AnswerI have done both of these things too as I said in the original post! Is there anything else to be done?
Best AnswerYes me too. The screen is completely unresponsive to touch, movement or button pressed.
It's not broken or out of battery though: the censors on the back are flashing, the app says battery is medium, and sometimes the screen (unpredictably) displays a message about setting up a wallet.
It is not possible to navigate away from that when it shows, and the 10-second button-press does not trigger a reset.
Have we reached a planned obsolescence milestone?
