Versa 2 is unresponsive

My Fitbit Versa has just stopped working.  All I can get is the Fitbit logo on the screen but the Versa will not even charge.  I have reinstalled the app & turned off & on bluetooth but still nothing & it will not sync.  Please help - only bought this in March!
