My versa has been working just fine until last night. I went on a run and mt Fitbit showed 17000 steps, but the app was showing 12000. The Fitbit froze and wouldn't sync. After a hour of the buttons not working it finally synced and I thought it was fine. Except it kept showing a sun then switching to soccer player. It wouldn't stop. I went to bed and 36 minutes before I woke it powered off and wont come back on. I tried a hard reset, I tried powering on and off, and I tried charging for 2 hours, but nothing. When I put it on the charger I get a quick vibration 1 minute after placement, but nothing else. No lights, no display..... Any thoughts?

My Fitbit will not turn on, when placed on the charger I do not get a vibration or anything, I have tried several different outlets to make sure it wasn't that. I have tried to do a reset by holding buttons on the versa until lights came on and both luck

Hi!
I’am having the same exact problem. I did a hard reset and felt the vibration but have had absolutely no luck after that. It won’t turn on, no matter how many different outlets and chargers I’ve tried. I’ve had mine for about 2 years and have always kept up with updates. I use it every day because of my jobs. Please help!!

I am having the same problem. Won't power on, did a hard reset no vibration. Won't charge and won't turn on. Any luck with yours?
