Versa 2 is unresponsive

My Fitbit versa 2 is not responding properly from last few days. I takes restart by its own after some time and that too very frequently. Also when I sync with Fitbit Android app it shows time and all details in dashboard , but screen is not swiping left , right or top. Also I can not feel any vibration in the screen. 

Any suggestions are welcomed to resolve the issue.

Hi @SS_RS - try with the phone's Bluetooth turned off, then restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and starts again.

Also if you can on the watch get to the Clocks app try changing to another clock face.
