Performing a restart will be an easy way to get this resolved. As this appears to be a highly particular issue, I'll also advise you to see if your Versa 2 has an update that is still pending. The majority of the problems arise from outdated firmware versions.

So, I tried to restart my versa 2 yesterday. It worked off and on all day. It would be fine, then kick into exercise, then go black. I turned on my workout this morning and when I tried to stop the workout, it did nothing. It finally stopped itself but has now either been a black screen or had the fitbit sign on it. Please help!
