I'd have to say this is the worst smartwatch to date. I've reinstalled my brand new watch several times a day for the past two weeks. It worked for one to two days. Now, it records half of everything. Very disappointed. I've contacted customer service a number of times. No solution for said problems until the next update. Thanks for letting me vent.

Once again customer support notified. Not tracking miles active zone minutes. Went for a 90 minute bike ride no minutes recorded no steps and no miles. What's the solution. I've reloaded the app no less than 12x. Turned off the watch Thur settings and the left button. No improvement. What do you suggest

The issues still persist. I also noticed it's eating battery life. Every night I need to charge it due to being down 40-50%

I've been waiting on an email from support. Again, worse Fitbit to date (Versa 2). I guess it's time to turn off and on device and reload the watch.

Been there done that, turned off and now won't re-load, one useless expensive piece of equipment, and fitbit don't seem to care. tried to claim on line but because it won't pair find network or recognise keep getting sent back to live chat ......vicious circle so what next?

I have had my Versa 2 for a few months now. A couple weeks ago it completely stopped tracking half of its purpose. No more sleep tracking, my hourly steps will record through the watch, but won’t sync to the app so it is telling me I’m getting 0-3 active hours a day when on my watch it’s 9-11. Reminders to move work sporadically. Active minutes are completely messed up. They never record. I’m getting super frustrated. This is the third Fitbit I have purchased and I’m regretting it. I should have gone with the Apple Watch!

Still the worse Fitbit to date. What a waste of money. Switching to Garmin. Customer support is non-existent
