Versa 2 issue

Hi,

 

My versa 2 has an incorrect date ( a week out ) and time ( couple of hours out ) I have not been to another time zone but the watch was not used for a week or so???

Hi @Diehards - you only need to sync the watch with the Fitbit App to set the correct time.

However if it doesn't work immediately restart the watch and sync again, it may take a few tries.

If that still doesn't solve it, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, App settings and remove the Automatic Time zone and location, set the time zone manually, if necessary and sync.

Having Automatic Time zone on sometimes blocks the setting of the correct time. Once time on the watch is corrected you can put it back on.
