We got a versa 2 for Xmas yesterday. The battery isn’t staying charged. This morning it was flat for the second time since yesterday, charged it and it has lasted about 2 hours before being completely dead.
last night I turned off all notifications, made sure no apps were running and so forth but it hasn’t helped today.
can I return it to Rebel where I bought it or does it need to go back to Fitbit?
