Versa 2 keeps losing Bluetooth connection

My Versa2 keeps losing connection with my tablet.  I have followed all instructions and still need to re-pair it at least twice a day.  Is there anyway to ensure it doesn’t lose the connection?IMG_0248.png

Hi there, @Jenn1334. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out and the image attached.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed even if some of them you've tried already:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 2.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
  • Once your Versa 2 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I have done all of that, looked into other solutions as well. Anything else that I can try?

Same problem here, but IOS 16.6 on an iPhone 14 PRO Max.
Phone in Airplane Mode or too far away disconnects my Versa 2 then fails to reconnect automatically.
Force Quite the Fitbit App and removing the Versa from the phones Bluetooth items, will instantly make the phone ask if the Versa shall be allowed back in.
Performing a Bluetooth connection before starting the App works OK, and asks for the standard permissions as expected.
Tried to “Reset All Settings” on the iPhone as well…!

Lastly, I have removed all Bluetooth connected devices, connected the Versa first, but no luck.
