Have used my fitbit versa 2 since Christmas, but The latest weeks The clock is living its own life restarting itself many many times every Day, and usually The screen gets locked in the nights while im sleeping.
Have tried every ting and factory reseting for about Five times and nothing work. Its very frustrating for a so New clock.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, try the steps below:
After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
