Versa 2 keeps switching off

Hello, my fitbit versa 2 kees vibrating and switches off also does not track my hr anymore.

 

i searched in this forum and some of the recommendations were to restart it and change clock face i did that and it did not work. I did a factory reset too, this worked for 1 day now the problem is back again.

 

i have this watch for 3 years now, problem started a few weeks ago (probably with a recent update)

 

any tips of anything else to try or it is officially broken?

Hi @margec04 - if the watch has stopped tracking heart rate and turns off after the steps you have tried unfortunately it seems to have developed a fault most likely from moisture getting in. It can take time before corrosion starts.

If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.
