Versa 2 lines on display

Versa 2 screen just like its shorting out. Can't see anything but lines!!!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To fix the display issue of your Versa 2, please follow the next steps to perform a restart process and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
