Versa turning off

Hi my Versa switches off on it's own, the only way I can get it to come back on is in the charger dock but now that doesn't even work! I have tried a shutdown through the menu, shutdown through buttons, a full factory reset through the menu. It won't do a 3 button factory reset as it won't stay on long enough. When in charger it says 0% charge then fitbit icon appears then sometimes says to start download the app(already have app) shows 100% battery in charger. It will connect to the app in charger but once out it switches off again. But now it doesn't get any further than Fitbit icon then switches off in charger???

My fitbit versa lite is doing something similar and I've only had it a few months. I took mine off the charger this morning and then mid morning I noticed that my fitbit had turned off. The only way to turn it on was to connect it to the charger then when I would remove it after a few minutes it will turn itself off again. Every time I put it on the charger it would say 100% battery once it turned on. After reading a few other posts suggesting a factory reset, I did that while plugged in which resulted in the fitbit taking a long time to turn back on then required an update which took over an hour and a half to complete. Now the minute I take it off the charger it turns off. A few of the times when I put it back on the charger it would blink 0% but then other times it shows 100%. I raked leaves for several hours today and sadly wasn't able to record my data due to my malfunctioning fitbit.
