Versa 2 locking itself

My Fitbit is possessed. While I am wearing it my versa 2 will just start flashing 3s on the passcode screen and then lock the screen and I have to unlock on my Galaxy note 8. This has happened several times. It will also happen as I am putting it into the charger. It is usually 3s but sometimes 7s.i have tried to shutdown and restart but it still happens. I can't stop it. It won't acknowledge the correct code. It is extremely annoying. Anyone else have this issue?

@Lindak1028 Have you tried disabling the passcode and performing a factory reset (restoring the tracker to factory defaults)?

No - I guess it's worth a shot. I had to lose the settings I have but this
is so annoying it guess it is definitely worth a try.

It didn't fix it. I deleted the pay card which I hadn't used so therefore
do not need to use the PIN so I seem to be good. Thanks for your help.
