Versa 2 is semi connected to phone. It’s updating activity but failing to stay connected according to the screen.
everytime I open the app it asks me to pair which I do. According to Bluetooth settings on iPhone it’s connected but then prompts me again with (second image and first again on infinite loop)

iPhone software is up to date, as is Fitbit app. Phone turned off and on, drained watch and charged. Unpaired and repaired again.
Cannot think of any other obvious solution?

Hi @KimmyM16 - as a first step remove the watch from the phone's Bluetooth.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If this fails click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
