Since the update (Both iPhone & Versa) my versa doesn’t track my sleep, doesn’t tell me to move, doesn’t read my heart rate, battery is draining faster than normal.
I have restarted my fit bit, uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app multiple times. I have removed the device from the app and added it back multiple times. I am charging it in the same place in the wall I always have- tried son’s charger for his lite where he always has and it still drains the battery.
