I am on my second Fitbit versa because of water damage, both of the devices lasted less then a year. I wore it in the pool for 5 min and it stopped working. I contacted customers support and they were absolutely no help, they just kept repeating "unfortunately your watch no longer has a warranty on it and we don't guarantee the life of the watch so there is nothing we can do". I am not impressed with this product, I feel like when it says it's waterproof it should actually be waterproof. Terrible customer service and terrible product.
