Versa 2 missing a prong

Pretty sure my Versa 2 is not charging because one of the little prongs on the back of the watch is broke or came off.

Are there supposed to be 4 small copper prongs on the back of the watch to match up to the 4 on the charging device?

PS:  I ordered a versa 4.  I hope it is good!

Hi @Suziblues2000 - did you inspect the back of te watch thoroughly, it may actually need cleaning? You can use rubbing alcohol to make sure it is not just dirt.

If you are not needing or not happy with the Versa 4 watch, Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

You may find the Versa 3 which is more compatible with the Versa 2 and has more features than the Versa 4 a better choice.

It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before replacement in the app, in case you want to look for the same clocks, though many haven't been made available for the Versa 4, no additional apps are available for it.
