Hello. I got my Versa 2 in May of this year. Recently, the display has become unresponsive - it won't turn on when tapped, nor when I click the button on the side. But it does come on randomly on its own. When it is on, I cannot swipe in any direction, nor can I tap on the display to toggle between steps, heart rate, etc. It's basically become an expensive, sometimes working, wristwatch instead of a useful smartwatch. Please help! It's only 8 months old!

I should mention that I have already tried powercycling it and removing the device from the app and reinstalling it.
