Just updated my Fitbit to Versa 2. Everything appears to be working but text. No text notifications are coming in. Any suggestions would be

Hi @OsideGirl , it seems that after the update to Firmware version 70.7.14, mostly Samsung users are suffering from this problem (Tizen layer?). Fitbit is aware of the problem and is working on a fix for this issue. Regards kuzibri

I just received my first ever fitbit, the Versa 2. I hate to have to return it but I am not receiving any text . I spontaneously did today for less than an hour, than it just stopped again. It rarely syncs. I have uninstalled, rebooted, deleted, factory reset, you name it. Nothing is workin . When or will this be fixed?
