Versa 2 no texts messages

I got a versa 2.  I cannot get text messages to come through on my Fitbit.  I can see calls but not texts.  I have forgotten device undone Bluetooth. Deleted app. Everything.  And it still will not work

Type of phone that is suppose to send the notifications to the tracker would be?

I just bought mine today. It can receive phone calls, but doesnt vibrate. No text messages. I called customer service and they said it's an app issue, not a device issue. The new update should fix it, but who knows. Kind of upset.

@Lmbailey your talking about an app issue about an unknown operating system on some type of phone. 

Notifications are working fine on my Android SG8. 

As for no vibrations, swipe down and check the quick settings on the Versa 2. The vibration setting. Is on the Versa 2 not the Fitbit app.
