My versa lite is not keeping accurate time. It won't sync either. I have call fitbit and they helped me yesterday but I synced it once and now it wont sync again. I am very frustrated and thinking Fitbit isn't the company for me .

Best AnswerI've been having similar issues. I have to restart my device and then turn my bluetooth off and then back on, then it will sync . Happens multiple times a day.
