Versa 2 not Syncing with itrackbites

Have gone through all recommended steps to sync Versa 2 with itrackbites and no luck. Itrackbites developers have said they have synced with all types of Android devices and can't help me.

I should have Apps listed in my Fitbit profile (WW) and don't. Pebble was replaced because of display malfunction. I did cancel WW, but hadn't remove the WW app. Can anyone help?

Integrations between Fitbit and third party apps are done via the accounts which is not related to the model or OS of the cellphone or computer.

 

If on your iTrackBites account there is no option to connect with Fitbit, please be aware that our web API and smartwatch SDK are open which means that the service you want can actually integrate with Fitbit. We’d encourage you to make this suggestion to the service and direct them to our existing API and SDK and resources such as the web dev API community. You will likely be able to email them via their contact us page or customer support, or they may have an ideas board. Or encourage them to reach out to Fitbit directly.

 

Whether you have cancelled Weight Watchers, this might be the reason why it is no longer connected to your Fitbit account.
