My Versa 2 is up to date and clean, but it is way off with my heart rate and miles. It doesn’t show my heart rate going past 102. My exercise equipment shows my heart rate over 150. The miles are also way off. The treadmill shows my miles as 1, but the Versa 2 shows .34. How do I fix this? I’ve been a loyal FitBit customer since the Blaze came out. I’ve had problems with every watch since then. I’m getting ready to give up on FitBit.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @Chas901.
Thanks for being a loyal Fitbit user for so long. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2.
There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. If you haven't done it already, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
Fitbit devices use the formula below to calculate distance. (Your stride length is determined by your height and sex).
Steps x Stride Length = Distance Traveled
If your treadmill uses a different technology to calculate your distance, you might get different results. If you want to measure and set your own stride length, please visit this article, open the menu "Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?" and follow the instructions.
Hope this helps.
