My Versa 2 is not charging or working at all. Is there a way to contact customer support with out using Twitter. Cant find or figure out another way.

I went through twitter. It took 4 days. The email address they emailed me from is https://contact.fitbit.com

In the top right of every page is a slide out menu that contains a link to Fitbit support.
