So because of this quarantine, I stopped wearing my versa and didn’t charge for a month or more. I checked and tried all the reasons and solution why isn’t charging according from fitbit website and nothing happened. 😢 I hope it will still work, I’ll call the customersupport now.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
