Hello is anyone having issues with their versa 2 also. I noticed I couldn’t get text and call notifications after I upgraded to IOS 15 but now after I did the new IOS 15.2 update my versa 2 won’t charge. I have cleaned the back of my watch with rubbing alcohol and also the charger but no changes. Please help!

Hi Liliya, I did contact support but I got disconnected and I did not have time to reconnect. The issue however is not resolved - the sensor is not on at all (not blinking or stable light) and I did not have my sleep or heart rate monitored/recorded since Thursday.

The customer service agent was rude and unhelpful. I had this same problem with my charger 2 and then I bough Versa 2. But it seems Fitbit life span is just a little over a year for all your wrist watches.
i just received a 35% off coupon for another one. My fear is why buy another one when it’s going to break just after the warranty expires

I just bought a replacement. My question is that will it set up as new or it will upload my previous data unto the new? I don’t want to lose track of my period tracker
