Why is my Fitbit Versa 2 only charging to 97%? I charged it all night and it will not get to 100% charge.

Hi @Alexbutler29, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, seems odd that the battery of your Versa 2 is not completely charging. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you noticed this issue and how many times since then? Are you using a Fitbit original clock face or a third-party one? Also, are you using a UL-Certified wall charger or charging your device from a computer USB port? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply.

Your reply is appreciated @Alexbutler29.
Thanks for the details that were shared with me. I'd like to let you know that the battery of our Fitbit Ionic was designed to last 5 days but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations and let me know if the issue persists.
I'll be around.

I know this is an old message but I too am having the same issue with my Versa 2. The last couple of times I tried to charge my Fitbit it only charged to 99% after being on a wall charger for several hours. Today I tried charging it and after nearly 5 hours, it only charged to 97%. The battery life still seems good. I normally charge it after 6 or 7 days even when it only went to 99% but why won't it get to 100%?
