Versa 2 not charging

I was trying to charge my Versa 2 and so I plugged it in to my computer.  I had turned the Versa 2 off so it could charge.  When I set it into the charger it vibrated.  My computer called it an unknown device so I unplugged it and it wouldn't turn back on.  I plugged the charger back in my room where it was.  When I placed it back into the charger there was no vibration from it.  It won't turn back on and I am a bit concerned.

Thanks for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
