This is my second versa watch, same thing happened last time and customer service did absolutely nothing. I have tried charging and restarting many times. It was working when I went to sleep with half battery life, when i woke up it would not turn on at all. Same situation as last time, sleeping then woke up and wouldn’t work. This is extremely irritating, it is 6 months old and i take good care of it.
