I'VE had my Versa 2 for a couple days over one month. At first I thought I struck gold, I loved it. In the 4th week it started to act funny. I wanted it so I could have a watch and a way to check my sugar numbers from my Dexcom cgm.
Now it won't charge, or connect to my phone.
I'm very disappointed... I also had 2 previous fitbits and both stopped working.

To better assist you with the issue you're experiencing, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
