I woke up this morning and my versa 2 is dead. Black screen. Last time it synced was at 2:30am and battery was medium.
Put it in charger, nothing.
Hold the left button as suggested, nothing
This is so frustrating.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Thank you for your response. It's completely and utterly dead. No sensor going off. No charging occuring, even after troubleshooting with the article you provided. Nothing.

I am experiencing the same issue with my Versa 2. Black screen and not charging. I have tried resetting it but only see the 0% battery on screen no logo and nothing else. I have charged it for hours but it's not charging at all.
