Versa 2 not charging

My watch went flat over night, put it on charge this morning and nothing... I have tried pressing the button but it only gives me a flash of a battery icon and nothing more... Never had a problem charging before but have never actually had the battery completely depleted before either. Any suggestions?

happened to mine too about 2 months ago. Just stopped working out of the blue. Was less than 2 years old. Tried everything. Never got it working again.

I've got the same problem with my versa. It died completely last night and now won't charge. I've left it plugged in for ages like it says in the troubleshooting bit and still nothing. I even bought a new charger and that hasn't made a difference. I don't know what else to do.
