I believe I have a Varsa 2 or 3 and it's not charging at all. Please help, is it faulty?

Hi @Dalkic  your posts were merged as cross posting is discouraged. You can find some tips in this article  on charging problems. Your app should tell your which Fitbit you have.

It still doesn't turn on after completing all recommended steps
