Best AnswerI’m having the same problem with my versa 2. Also have done all of the cleaning Fitbit suggested. My question is there are batteries on Amazon but Fitbit says batteries are not replaceable. Do you know anything in regards to this. My watch is 3 or 4 years old

Fitbit devices batteries are not replaceable and wouldn't recommend changing them for security reasons.
