Versa 2 not counting days of exercise...

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the past several days, I have gotten 60+ Zone minutes, but my Versa has stopped showing Days of Exercise.

I've restarted my watch. Uninstalled and reinstalled FitBit. I think this is a glitch that started when I got the latest update. Please help.

Hi, @shaindelr! Days of exercise counts actual activities (run, walk, workout, etc.). Are your active minutes tracked as an activity?

This is what it would look like when my Fitbit was working properly. I would go for a run, and it would count it as an exercise, and give me a "day of exercise." Now, it is just giving me zone minutes and not counting any of them as exercise. I've heard from several people that the latest update seems to be having this issue. I've tried all of the usual fixes -- uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting, etc.

Is there a way to go back to a previous update on the app? I'm not sure how that works. Thank you!

Oof, yeah, that is frustrating. It sounds like it's not an issue with the app, but with the auto-recognize exercise, which would be on your tracker. I would check if it's still turned on and maybe try adjusting the timing on when it picks up an exercise, just to make sure that's not the issue.
