With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Eh why this reply when i have versa2????
the solution was this: go out of house, delete everything.
Set new app again and restart configure the watch with another Wi-Fi. It took a while with new updates and now it works again.
