Well, my versa 3 has now bricked, not long after the warrantee expired. Just like my two (mine and my wife's) versas before it.
Thinking about trying a garmin. I've heard they are good.

Fitbit watches are a bad investment
This is my third...and just like that not holding charge...frozen!! Trying to speak to customer service..good luck!!

My Versa 3 bricked three days ago. I had it for less than 9 months before it completely failed. This was also my 3rd Fitbit. I chatted with support and they were supposedly going to email me a voucher or code for a replacement. I haven't received anything. I ordered a Garmin that is arriving tomorrow. Several of my friends have Garmins and really like them. They seem to last longer than 9 months anyway.

I have a friend who loves his Garmin. The only thing holding me back is that one of the things I really liked about the Fitbit (and more-so with my brief trial with the Samsung watch because it worked better) was the flashlight app. I used that all the time. But now apparently the Versa 4 does not support 3rd party apps, which the flashlight app was, so that's out. Garmin has a version with a flashlight, but it is hundreds of dollars more!! Maybe I'm back to the Samsung...

Same with my fitness tracker yesterday. My versa 3 has also stopped completely, it will not charge now and had to be removed from its charger as it's temperature becomes way too hot. That being said, I am beginning to wonder if this is planned obsolescence? Regardless, I was getting annoyed with the constant try premium ad constantly bothering me too...

My Versa 3 is gone too. After shutting it off to give the battery a rest, it hasn't powered up. It's been over two weeks and still nothing. I've watched countless troubleshooting videos and even tried a new cable. I find myself pressing and holding the haptic buttons over and over, thinking it will somehow power back on...
